Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the iconic Le Clos Jordanne Vineyard, Block 5 in Jordan, ON. This elegant Blanc de Noir sat on lees for 36 months and fermented in both neutral oak and stainless steel tanks. Blend #1 of our 3 part release, this wine showcases the first approach in our winemaking and blending journey that leads to our final blend for our Crémant, with a goal to showcase a sense of place through our sparkling – coming soon!

- Thomas Bachelder

The nose on the 2020 Cremant de Jordanne begins with delicate cherry blossom, supple fresh strawberry and bright red apple peel layered in with subtle notes of fresh baked croissant, raspberry leaf and chalk.  The palate meets the nose with a lush and elegant mousse and an extension of those layered fruits and florals.  This continues with rich structured tones of baked apple cobbler, nutmeg and vanilla finished off with a driven chalky mineral finish.
